Fraser ran the junior great north run on 6th September, he ran it for SAPUK raising vital funds for our organisation, meaning that we can carry on preventing suicide’s. At just 11 years old Fraser inspired so many by raising £1050.00, his energy and awareness for the cause of Suicide Prevention at such a young age will surely be remembered for as long as we live. Fraser if you need anything you have all of us for the rest of our lives – keep being you 🙂

Furthermore on Mark’s fundraising journey, thankyou so much Mark. You are amazing for doing this and what an absolute champ under the circumstances, both organisations are deeply appreciative, and thankyou again for continuing on helping us in Dewsbury <3. Strength to strength 🙂

The day started off well with the weather, couldn’t complain. Walked together with 2 friends and kept running off leaving them to test myself. Top of each peak short rest then off again. Last peak Ingleborough I got to top 15 minutes before friends so spelt my girlfriends name in stones at the top. Coming down the weather was torrential and so I started jogging and then thought no way was I running back to meet friends so I ran all the way in the rain and wind and a nice pint waiting for friends at bottom. My heel didn’t hurt once running on all them rocks so a good result. I felt great, ran/ walked 27.3 miles in total in 8 hours moving time. I was really happy with my result and raised £370 for SAPUK and £370 for MINT Men in need together. This was good for me to not only help as a volunteer but also help them both financially

Over two consecutive years, Barbara and her family have urged to help us in our missions in preventing suicides;
This year and for the third year they are hosting another charity auction collaborating with Bla Bla events and Stacja Dom Polski and once again supporting us and our missions, we are looking forward to seeing you all and hope we can continue our mission on ensuring each individual is seen and heard.
Thankyou we are all so grateful for your continuous input you are a beacon of hope in this sometimes cold world. The SAPUK team.
