At SAPUK we have made it available for yourselves within the community to book out one of our services, we visit community centres, schools, universities, work spaces, colleges, etc. We offer our services in a number of ways –Food Pantries/SAFE SPACE/Suicidology Seminar/ Under 18's Presentations
How to Book
To book a SAPUK facilitator please enquirehereor if you are having difficulty accessing this online form, please contact bookings@suicideapuk.co.uk. Booking a SAPUK facilitator within your workspace / community centre / educational settings means you will gain an understanding into suicidology, its causes and its actions for prevention and creating awareness. Group bookings can be of 5 individuals to 100 individuals, for larger bookings please enquire prior to booking. For 1-1 support with a facilitator please contact danielle@suicideapuk.co.uk
Your Facilitators
Danielle Shaw – The founder of SAPUK and your speaker
Danielle has been within suicidology for over 20 years, learning and understanding to the highest capacity from many avenues such as experience, educational settings, gaining a psychology research degree with honours and numerous accredited courses.
Other Facilitators:
- Rebecca Sherwin – Director of SAPUK, Safeguarding Officer
- Heidi Barber – Director of SAPUK, Dewsbury Safe Space
What You Will Be Booking
You will be booking a 2-hour long Suicide Prevention and Awareness seminar. With extra time prior and afterwards and breaks in between.
Included will be expert information on:
- Local and national statistics
- Signs and stigmas behind suicidal thoughts and actions
- Childhood and adulthood experiences with suicidal thoughts
- How to safeguard yourself and others
Refreshments and suicide prevention packs will be provided to each individual attending.

Prior to the event, a deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking date.
